Environmental impact

We are seeking the best solutions to reduce our carbon footprint as a company but also for you, as a client.

For this reason, we selected transport companies that engage in reducing their environmental impact.
They are neutral in carbon rejection by engaging in emission reduction projects and in carbon credits.
In France, Colissimo is neutral in carbon, thanks to the carbon compensation of their emissions.

For Europe, UPS (option to choose), FedEx, DHL, DPD, and Chronospot are neutral in carbon.

Marketplace shipping 

Certain articles are directly shipped by our partner brands, following our principles and values. 

It is indicated in the “Shipped By” section on the product page who is shipping it.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information communicated to us, such as the delivery address and the personal information for each delivery. Please make sure, to write all the important information such as door codes or any information that might be relevant to ensure your product arrives on time at your delivery address.


Klow and the marketplace partner brands cannot be held responsible in case of impossibility to deliver the parcel due to incomplete or wrong delivery address entered by the client.


In case of missing information, the client is in charge of contacting the carrier on time, to give them the correct and complementary information to make sure the parcel can be delivered.
